The first project I’ve developed in my career, I have had a lot of personal growth since then, the year 2015. Thanks to Ulises Montufar and David Valencia, two amazing partners, and friends.

A full Industrial Design project, the first time we had applied a design methodology to get an idea on how to solve a problem. The brief was simple, we needed to help middle-aged workers known as “Godines” in México. The result needed to be ceramic tableware. After we’ve done interviews and observation of the user, we decide in the ideation phase to focus our efforts to reduce the size and make a better composition of the tableware so the user could keep it in a reduced space inside their office. Why use ceramic? I thought nowadays is more obvious, “Climate change” so we decided to reduce the use of plastic.

This was my first contact with a full design methodology, the first time I had contact with real users. Also, I’ve developed ceramic skills.
