Monadic — Website Builder & Client Projects

Role:
UX/UI Designer & Front-End Collaborator

Monadic is a platform focused on enabling businesses to create websites through a proprietary site builder. I worked as a UX/UI Designer, designing websites and digital experiences for clients such as Loving It, Dicass, and Cable Networks.

In parallel, I contributed to the usability and visual design of Monadic’s internal website builder, improving editing flows, component clarity, and layout consistency. My work covered user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs, primarily using Adobe XD.

I collaborated closely with developers, supporting front-end implementation using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap, which gave me a strong understanding of technical constraints and design-to-development handoff. This role helped me bridge design decisions with real implementation needs.

Methodology

Discovery & requirements: worked directly with client brands to define business objectives, content needs, and core user journeys for each project.

Market & template research: analyzed existing client websites and performed benchmark studies to identify common patterns, needs, and opportunities to design templates that could serve the widest possible range of businesses.

Information architecture: structured pages, sections, and navigation both for custom projects and for reusable templates within the constraints of Monadic’s proprietary site builder.

UX & UI design: produced wireframes and high-fidelity designs in Adobe XD, balancing ideal user experience with platform limitations and template scalability.

Platform & template evolution: collaborated with developers to improve the site builder and its template system, proposing UX improvements, new features, and fixes based on real client usage.

Delivery & QA: validated both client projects and templates with stakeholders and developers, ensuring consistency between design intent, technical implementation, and final experience.
